By accessing or placing an order through Khup Chaan Cafe & Dine, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include applicable taxes. Menu items, prices, availability, and offers may change at any time without prior notice. Food images are for representation only and actual presentation may vary. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions. Khup Chaan Cafe & Dine is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners. Customers must provide correct delivery details; incorrect information may result in failed delivery without refund. Online and cash payments are subject to verification. In case of payment failure, the order may be cancelled automatically. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 5–7 working days. No refund will be provided for incorrect orders placed by the customer. Complaints regarding missing or damaged items must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery. Food once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons. We do not guarantee allergen-free food. Promotional offers are subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time. Discount coupons cannot be combined unless stated. Any misuse, fraud, or abusive behavior may result in account suspension. We may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
